The weather is finally cooling down, with night temperatures in the low 70's. This week daytime temps are high 90's-100's, but perfect for planting. This morning I planted wildflower seeds on the strip of land by the street (south side): larkspur, California poppy, dill, golden dyhssodia, zinnia, chamomile, alyssum, cosmos, Bigelow's aster, primrose, desert marigold, and blue flax. This was just a mixture of seeds I put in a jar, with sand, and sprinkled on the ground and raked in.
